1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Green Room ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Green Room is a production management application for theater professionals. The App provides tools for managing productions, scheduling events and rehearsals, coordinating cast and crew, and communicating through group and direct messaging.
3. Account Registration
To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to theater production management. You agree not to:
- Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers and networks connected to the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the App's infrastructure.
- Use the App for commercial purposes unrelated to theater production management.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and share through the App, including messages, photos, events, and production information. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the App and provide the service to you and other authorized users of your productions.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile, messages, uploaded media, and all associated data will be permanently removed. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
