How do I create a production?

Tap the Productions tab, then the + button. Fill in your production name, venue, dates, and description. Once created, you can invite cast and crew members by email.

How do I join a production?

Your director or stage manager will send you an email invitation. When you sign up with that same email address, you'll automatically be added to the production and its chat groups.

How do I send messages?

Go to the Chat tab to see your chat groups. Each production automatically creates a Full Cast chat and a Production Team chat. You can also start direct messages with other production members.

How do I manage events and rehearsals?

Directors and stage managers can create events from the Schedule tab or from within a production. Events include rehearsals, performances, tech runs, and meetings. All production members can view the schedule.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > scroll to Danger Zone > tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, messages, uploaded photos, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

What are organizations?

Organizations allow theater companies and schools to manage multiple directors and productions under one umbrella. Organization admins can issue signup tokens to onboard new directors, track seat usage, and manage subscriptions.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and protected by Row Level Security in our database. Passwords are never stored in plaintext. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
